Refund Policy
Refunds are not available, and all sales are considered final. Store credit will be provided under the following circumstances:
Damaged product:
A store credit will be offered for products damaged during the shipping process, provided the following steps are taken:
1) Immediate contact must be made with the order number and images of the damaged product within 36 hours of package delivery, excluding weekends and holidays. Do not dispose of the product before contacting us, as we require proof of damage for any credit consideration.
2) If requested, the damaged product must be returned, with the shipping cost covered by us.
Wrong Items:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you have received incorrect items, follow these steps:
1) Contact us immediately with the order number within 36 hours of receiving the package, excluding weekends and holidays.
2) The products must be unused and in good condition. Please include images in your email for exchange or replacement consideration.
3) If required, be prepared to return the product, with the shipping cost covered by us.
Missing Items:
If items are missing from your order, notify us promptly with the order number. Upon confirming the missing item, we will ship it out at no additional cost. Please note that we maintain limited stock, and delays may occur if missing items are not reported promptly. You may choose to wait, select an alternative of equal or lesser value, or receive a refund in this specific case only.
